About this Site

PTreference.com was created to help Personal Trainers succeed. Being a PT is tough work - you have to be up early, motivate your clients, fit your own training in, run your business and update your education. We recognise that and are here to help.

The main contributors to the site have more than 10 years of experience each and combined make up more than 60 years of PT knowledge. With experience in everything to do with personal training from the ins and outs of the physical aspects of training to dealing with accountants, lawyers and the customers themselves. Too many trainers seek to learn from others in the industry who are of the same standard they are - the blind leading the blind. When the average length of time someone works as a PT for is 2 years its no wonder that there is so much bad information in the industry!

By becoming a member you are one step closer to becoming a better PT.
